Vietnamese Coffee Ice Cream

We use Trung Nguyen Sang Tao coffee with its rich choclately aroma and add lashings of sweet condensed milk to create the authentic taste in an ice cream. Max’s favourite flavour and reminds Yee Kwan of eating Pho noodles and the history in Hanoi.

Whole milk, sugar, cream (9%)(milk), coffee paste (3%)(glucose syrup, sugar syrup (sugar, water), coffee paste (20%), sugar crisps, acidifier: E330 citric acid, salt), condensed milk (whole milk, sugar), Sang Tao Coffee, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, stabiliser (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan)
